What You May Do

  • View and read content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Share links to our pages on social media
  • Quote brief excerpts for the purpose of reviews, commentary, or criticism (fair dealing / fair use)

What You May Not Do

  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission
  • Use our cover art, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

Book content, characters, and storylines published under our pen names are the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. All rights are reserved.

4. FICTION DISCLAIMER

All works of fiction published by Crimson PulpFic are products of the authors' imaginations. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events, businesses, organizations, or locales is entirely coincidental unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our fiction spans genres including crime noir, horror, thriller, science fiction, and adventure. Some works contain mature themes, violence, and strong language appropriate to their genres. Reader discretion is advised.

The views expressed by fictional characters do not represent the views of Crimson PulpFic, its publisher, or its authors.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crimson PulpFic regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
